If you want to move from point A to point B, the first thing you need to do is to consciously evaluate your current position. Are you really done here?

Next is to identify your next level and go for the knowledge required for that level. When you have that knowledge ; you will for the reason of that knowledge automatically be elevated to that level.

Don't Chase money. Get the skills and knowledge required for the kind of money you want and you will by reason of your new knowledge move to a new level.
